What this site is

Subsidence Bucks is an introducer service. We run a Buckinghamshire-focused enquiry website that connects homeowners with qualified specialist companies who can quote for or carry out underpinning, resin injection, ground investigations and structural surveys. We do not carry out the work ourselves.

By submitting an enquiry through this site you agree that your details may be passed to one or more qualified specialist companies in your area, and that those specialists may contact you by phone, email or SMS about your enquiry.

No contract for works with us

Any contract for surveys, monitoring, repair, underpinning, resin injection or any other physical work is formed directly between you and the specialist company you choose to engage. We are not a party to that contract, we do not invoice you for the works, and we do not receive any share of the price you agree with the specialist.

No warranty as to the specialist

We make reasonable efforts to introduce reputable specialists who already work in Buckinghamshire and who confirm they hold appropriate insurance. We do not, however, give any warranty as to the standard of work, the accuracy of any quote, the qualifications of individual operatives, the validity of any insurance certificate, or the eventual outcome of any job carried out by a third party. Concerns about the work itself should be raised with the specialist in the first instance.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to submit fraudulent or test enquiries, not to scrape the site or its data, not to attempt to bypass any security measures, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or remove enquiries that appear to fall outside genuine homeowner use.

All written content, layout, graphics and code on this site are owned by Subsidence Bucks or used under licence. You may read and share short extracts with attribution and a link back to the source page. Republishing pages in full, or copying the structure of the site for a competing service, is not permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subsidence Bucks accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of this site or from the actions of any specialist introduced through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page and the date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
